Hobsonville Day A Moment In Time

Hobsonville Day a Moment In Time

¨1,2,3.¨I say.
Rakau sticks get thrown in the air, Katelynn and I, laughing tears of joy, show how much we´re having fun. The beat of the sticks banging together, makes music as we go. Bang, tap, flip, we go with the tune of the patterns.

¨1,2,3!¨ We say, counting our steps, getting ready to throw a rakau stick to each other. Fails train us to become ´pros´.

Did You Ever?

Did You Ever

Did you ever
Nearly fall out of a truck?
Eyes flashing
Sand flying
Heart pounding.
Try it.

Did you ever
Stuff your mouth with chocolate?
Mouth chewing
Hands grabbing.
Eyes gazing.
I love food

My Special Place

 My Special Place

The two different trees hold the big plain wood plank. Big bushes hit into your back as your swing. A suttle meow come from the bushes. The green grass, hydrated from the rain, is covered in dandelions and daisies. When your feet hit the ground, that's when the feet pad activates. When I'm here I feel free like nothing matters. Right here and now, nothing is taking me away from this magic.
